You do not need an account to read the guides. The supplied site code does not include analytics, advertising trackers, embedded social widgets or external font requests. Images and other site assets are referenced locally.

Delivering a web page necessarily exposes connection information, such as an IP address, requested resource and browser information, to the hosting infrastructure. Hosting providers may maintain operational or security logs. These pages do not establish a provider-specific log retention period or describe infrastructure outside the supplied site code.

The message drafting tool

Information entered on the contact page is processed in your browser. The tool does not submit it to a server and does not save it in cookies or localStorage. A generated draft remains in page memory until it is cleared, changed or the page is closed or reloaded; browser features may independently restore form values.

If you select Copy, your browser may place the draft on your device's clipboard. If you select Download, a text file is created for you to save. Those copies are controlled by your device, browser and any applications you use. Clearing the form does not delete a downloaded file or clipboard history.

If you choose to send email

Sending a draft through your own email service discloses the message, sender address and associated email metadata to the recipient and the services involved in transmission. Correspondence may be used to understand and respond to your request, consider corrections, and maintain necessary records. Do not send information you are not authorised to share.

Where data protection law applies, handling correspondence may rely on legitimate interests in responding to enquiries or on steps you request before a service arrangement. Applicable legal obligations may require some records to be kept. The appropriate basis depends on the actual request and jurisdiction; permission to publish your message is not assumed.

Retention and your choices

Keep planning enquiries minimal and avoid identifying colleagues. You may ask about access, correction or deletion of correspondence by emailing [email protected]. Requests are subject to applicable law, proportionate identity verification and any lawful retention requirements. A fixed correspondence retention period is not promised here.

Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent where it is relied upon, or complain to your data protection authority.
